all hes going to to is leave it on the engine stand, its a huge bluff, it will never move off of it, it will like a Museum peice in his workshop.

in 2050, it'll be there under a dusty sheet, and the new owners will pull the sheet back, and gasp, as one of them mutters its the fabled V10 that was destined for big things, but the [god like] hands of dan didnt grace it enough. they will step back in awe, as the sun shines off the shiny bits, momentarily blinding them.

a gasp of expectation of a "spirit" rising from the engine, a cranky old mans voice can ber heard, "its dan!!! quick cover it up" says the boy, they cant let on that they have actually seen the fabled V10, the heart break it brings dan to think about it would kill him. this cost him everything, his life was consumed by it. and he doesnt want anyone to medle in the vision he had once in 2011 of actually fitting the damn thing to a car

It is deffo going into a vehicle and will be at Japfest as long as I can get a prop made in time :)

It's also not going into the 240z, too tall and I wouldn't want to wreck the car trying to make it fit :(

I know Norris Designs car tried to break the record and it broke :( wondering if the Patrol could do it.

It has the power and should generate enough clean air for a caravan :D

Dan, i think it stands around 130ish mph at the moment buddy, so you should do!! Its all about stability though!

Last I heard it was held by a Viper then broken by the Reyland Escort cossie. You can't have any non standard aero on the tow-car or additional stabilisers on the caravan though. Worth looking at trying - think of the publicity for your business!

EDIT: Actually (http://www.guinnessworldrecords.com/Search/Details/Fastestcaravan-tow-by-a-production-car/60054.htm) its at 139.113mph by a Merc S600. Set in 2003! But that was "fasted tow by a production car" Still faster then Martin Hadlands Escort managed...

Not sure it'd make much odds - the caravan a smaller car would be towing will be just as aerodynamically inefficient, so at least the car is cutting a hole for the van.
