A great day out to meet our fellow SX-ers from outside out West Country bubble, a chance to show off our beloved motors, opportunity to perv at other Jap marques, opportunity to drive round the track, delicious NOMMINGS from the SXOC Car-B-Que all day (for members) AND best of all - it's right on our doorstep, so we've no excuse not to attend.

So come on you lot - get yer names down quick (the stand spaces and track time goes fast) :nod:

Annoyingly I can't make this because not only is it my mate's wedding at which I have been volunteered to be the chauffeur ( :wack: ) but it's also my birthday... you could say I'm indisposed :smash:

£20 for membership fella and save £7.50 on the event, if you come to more than one event this year then your quids even, if you take advantage of the members discounts you can save a shit load more :thumbs:

Hello mate, normally its an earlier one from Cribbs causeway, about 6/7AM (i think) they set off and go to Castle Combe, some of the track sessions are really early so its a nightmare having to que getting in :)

last 3 years we have met up at KFC cribbs causeway for aboout 6:30am and all gone down from there together beats all the ques getting in which are massive usualy so im for that!

There is an 80 car stand and 58 places, so far accounted for, so get in now & you should be fine :thumbs:

Beleive me, to save the queuing, it's worth going at that time! :wack:

Dunno about the Glos/Chelt lot - prob best to speak with Mattlake fella - he covers more that area of the West Country section :thumbs:

My plan is to take a BBQ as well, that be: a BBQ for brekkie if were getting there mega early as usual!

I will probably in a convoy with mattlake but no idea what time to leave. Id like to be there well before 9. Probably a pre 8am start time.

i think last year 6.30 was the set-off time (after fixing my MAJOR boost leak lol) so we may wanna say be there for 6.15
apart from Bristol Blue...... you need to aim for 5am (hes always late lol)

However, the earlisest I can leave is 8am, that would involve waking little Ted up at 7:30, which is the earliest I can do it for a peaceful day :wack::nod::D

think i'l bleed my brakes (don't think my rebuild kit will arrive in time) and give the car a wash as well, although the rain's done a pretty good job of that :D

bbc weather's saying it'll be sunny intervals for friday so we might be alright...the water proofs will still be getting packed mind ;)

will also be at kfc for 615(ish)

Not sure about the rebuild kit. I think it will be tight.

Amy asked Dan about it when she saw him at the weekend and I don't think it is due to arrive at DBPower until Tuesday.

yeah he dropped me a pm, it's getting sent out soon as they come in. if they arrive thursday i can get the callipers built up and then stick them on the car friday, won't count my chickens yet though :whip:

Never been to castle coombe before, never been to japfest before....so if you see someone behind you in a red 14a and your not going to japfest, maybe your going to london tomorrow, please let me know....i dont fancy going to nodnol or any where else but japfest please :smash:

i'll try and meet first thing at cribbs, however i need to go on the hunt for fuel (tesco was out of 99ron when i went earlier, hoping they'll have it by morn if not it'll be the shell down the road from cribbs) if i don't make it in time i'll try and catch you up, i won't be far behind :thumbs:

Who's is the white 14a in the picture above? I'm sure i've seen it before possibly at the spring action day last month. I followed that one out of the track and I had another white 14a behind me as well :cool:

Looked swift but I get the feeling he wasn't pushing it out on the road :)

think that might of been me dude, well that's me in the photo above and I had a blue 14a behind me from the track to the m4 :thumbs: I'm a bit of a granny when it comes to driving on the road, keep to the speed limits(ish) and all that :rolleyes:
