Looking forward to finishing the micra so that I can make a start on it.
Its all jap, everything was done in japan and not much has changed in the 2 years it has been in this country. Well apart from paul howard and lennard wanders both drove it in jdm allstar drift series, then it was sold and cooked and now its mine with a poorly engine.
Its low on compression but should be an easy fix, even if it requires a new engine. It has genuine hks turbo kit/external gate/manifolds ect ect. Genuine greedy inlet ect ect. Its a proper built drift car :D

Really like that, something awesome about 4 door skylines...
Nice to see it finally :wack: Interesting to see how and where you go with it too. Any under bonnet pics yet?
4 door r32's are often shite but I love this one.
Hope to see this down Pembrey once my s14's ready to roll :)

Thanks for all the comments chaps, really looking forward to getting on with this one.
Iam hoping to build it too a similar standard as iam doing with the micra atm
And hopefully no bodges like the sil80 lol
And I will without fail be taking this to pembrey, although this will be my posh skidder, I really want to keep it as clean and tidy as possible. It is 100% rust free and really straight shell.
So first thing to do will be underseal everything :)

These pics show what its like atm
Needs some tlc but not much
I want it to look the same as in the pics in the 1st post. But it will have a very sorted chassis and setup. Pimp interior, stereo, mint engine bay. Just all the things my sil80 hasn't got :D

Yer they're defo Koenig's dude, just missing the centre caps.
Liking that alot and has potential to make it your own aswell.
Did it used to be on airbags or am i thinking of another R32?
Cheers Aj
Looks nice - loving the v-mount setup - useful place to put nuts and bolts while you're working on the engine :D
Really looking forward to having a nose round (and maybe a ride?!) when its on the road

Thanks man that helps a lot, I wonder if I could find some matching 17s for the front? I want to run 17/18 stagger and have a little more room in the front arch for lock :)

Cheers Aj, yes it is still on air ride supension, but I have bought it without, I have to remove it and send it back to the previous owner.
I hope you don't know anything bad about the car that I haven't found yet?!?

Loving this car

They did make them in 17's but they're hard to come by, 18's are much more popular although both are pretty expensive in Japan.
There is a set of 17x8 17x9.5 on Yahoo atm.

Wowsers you weren't lying about them being exspensive :o
But iam trying to find out how expensive they will be once I got them into the country ect ect
But I do want them badly lol
No problem mate, just drop me a pm I'll sort you out :)
They are expensive, but thats the price you pay for awesome :D You could always keep the 9.5j's and sell the 8's and whatevers on the front now, you may even break even that way.

No not at all mate, i just remember the car from somewhere else but cant mind where and was sure i recalled it being on air system thats all.

Yes I do understand that, my main concern is that the last set I bought in from yahoo were £500 on the bid but by the time they were in my hands I had payed £850. Iam worried that if a bid 1k for them that I will get proper rimmed again and they will cost me too much too justify :(
What makes me laugh is that one of my mates told me I was a mug for buying the car at the price I did with possible headgasket problems. I reckon the wheels, the cusco comp cage and the hks turbo setup covers what I spent. The shell is mint and has very unique rear quarters (which are metal) and very unique front wings. God knows what the running board skirts are but they're kinda cool and pretty unique. The shell is 100% rust free. Iam happy with it :D

I just tried to update my s13 thread but for some unknown reason its been locked down
Anyways the s13 is getting mapped in a couple weeks, then after odc finals in october I will be taking the rb out and fitting it into this car, instead of the sr20
http://lh6.ggpht.com/-aRtP0qQ9y1Q/Tir6224kZXI/AAAAAAAAAgM/DiRBbU8mkV4/s400/2011-07-23%25252017.26.56.jpg

Over the weekend I painted it and fitted a huge number plate to the front :D
Can't wait to get the rb fitted and the car through mot and on road, be good to get rid of the s13, its a piece of shat lol
You keep saying the s13 is shat mate. But what is acctually wrong with it? I mean if the shell is strait then surely everything else is just bolt on and off bits??
Swiftmini
25-07-2011, 15:01
I haven't maintained it for over 12months and everything is knackered.
The wiring is knackered
The shell is rotten quite badly. The passenger floor has pushed up with the sill a fair bit from droppin off of the edge of track at pembrey. Trust me man its not worth the effort when I have 2 much tidier r32 4door.

Its because your not a paid member:

Really?
I was a paid member for 2 years and all I wanted to do was update my thread for the few peeps who are paid memebrrs that wanted me to keep it up to date.
Surely it would have been better to move it too 200sx related, or just delete it?
Btw iam not trying to stir anything up just interested that's all

Dunno dude. I just know to have a project thread in the S-Bodies section you need to be paid up.
They probably lock it to keep the info there. :) Speak to the boffin's

It doesnt matter dude,as soon as your membership lapses your threads in the members section and projects gets locked:nod: I just gave up on mine as I couldnt be bothered to start again in 200sx related chat:wack:
Lovely looking R32 though fella:) Looking forward to seeing your progress:thumbs:
Slightly different chaps, project threads are for paid up members only, as soon as you renew membership we can unlock it. If you start again elsewhere it will be removed Im afraid, it costs money for all this bandwidth you know ;)
Can you guess whats coming next?? ;) :D

Im sure Mark put a post up saying you dont have to be a paid up member to have a build thread, Im 100% sure he said that. Finding the post will be a challenge tho.
Swfitmini, update this thread !

The decision was made to change the policy after much discussion in the staff area :) All project threads will remain open after a member has created one.
