Is it fair to state that anyone who does not indicate where they will be joining convoys, will not be waited for.

Also having a time limit at each meet, 10 or 15 mins per stop perhaps.

state one or two peeps as organisers, area reps is probs best, and anyone going should PM their mobi number to that area rep who in turn pm's them back with his own.

then if anyoine doesnt PM, they are regarded as not going.
And anyone who does PM can be phoned b4 the convoy leaves.

Nope, the time of depart will clearly be listed on the register (Traffic considering). I will add my Mobi possibly, so peeps can text or phone if they are late. Mobi number by PM of course.
