Odd turbo elbow question

Hi guys, I am soon to be going top mount with a GT28r. However, the turbo exhaust housing will be upside down to the standard fitment so my existing elbow will be pointing 100% the wrong direction :wack: I'm not boso so don't really want the exhaust exiting through the bonnet (however cool that may look!)

Can you do a standard elbow (internal wastegate, t25 exhaust housing) but with the flange welded on the other way round? Also looking at doing it this way as I don't want a screamer pipe.
