It’s that time of year again and we are off for our annual trip to the UKs own mini-Nurburgring - Cadwell Park. The date is March 25th and we’d like to invite you along!

The list price for this event is £150 but as ever we are doing a special rate for the clubs that we work with to run these days and we’ve frozen last years price so you can book a place for just £125. Passengers can be booked in for a tenner and extra drivers for £35.

Cadwell is probably the best trackday circuit in the country, fast and flowing and very technical, a great introduction to how trackdays work but also an ongoing challenge for the more experienced drivers.

We will have our team of ARDS instructors available to give tuition free of charge so you can get the best out of the day and novices and first timers will be well looked after so if it’s your first time on track that’s no problem.

If you’d like to come along then please shout up on here and I’ll send you the booking details and club discount code.

Cheers

I've still not managed to drive this place yet and i really want to!! Maybe next year i'll be able to take the truck and pass the noise test.

Hope on everybody, it's a great circuit.

If Cluck decides to go and offers you a passanger ride turn him down.... he tried to kill me last time out.

I'm sure the 540 would get through the noise regs Nick :D

105 static is as good as it gets for UK trackdays I'm afraid so best I can suggest is a new exhaust or bolt-on silencer to get you within the regs.

That kind of thing does work pretty well on some cars, do you know what db it runs at now?

No i dont im afraid its bloody loud though! Its a 3" Japspeed system with no silencers in. I'd rather put a bung in to be honest rather than chopping the exhaust about, I know it would be a bit restricted with the bung in but as long as it goes through the sound test im happy, just didnt wana pay and make the journey to Cadwell and not be able to run my car!! lol

Safest bet is to go to your local circuit when they have a trackday on and ask them to noise test it so you have an idea of what it does with the bung in.

Might be able to get some advice on here about noise levels as well I guess??

Really looking forward to this one now, just less than two weeks to go and still a few spaces left, shout up quick if you want one of them!
