was wondering if the theory behind womens pelvic floor work out to make them selfs tighter works for a blokes 6 pack??

what i mean is can i sit here at work and flex me 6 pack 3 set of 10 holding the rep for 10 seconds and then releasing, to get more definition on it??

no, but it will give you less incontinence problems in later life. :)

But to your friends at work it will look like your trying to squease a crafty fart out, they may leave the room!

>>no, but it will give you less incontinence problems in later life.

haven't a clue what it means but sounds funny.

I believe that apart from excercising their bits for 'his' pleasure they also do it so that they are able to keep the piss in as they get on a bit.

the theory is a valid one for weighttraining purposes.

Everyone has a six pack to some extent...... its just hidden under a layer of fat ...... loose the fat and the sixpack shall reveal its self .......... so you will get loads of definition by doing your exercise ... but until you remove the fat over the top of it .... noone will see it.

i realise that which is annoying really cuz i do still have quite a good 6 pack and its hidden by a couple of inches of fat which pisses me off. i do need to get rid of it but over last 2 years not maanaged to get rid of it. i think im just gunna have to do 1000 sit ups in a sauna!

To get rid of the fat u need to concentrate on doing long cardio sessions, and modify ur eating habits.. I've done this alongside wieght training over the last 4 and a half months, and I've lost over 2 stone in fat and gained an estimated 3/4 of a stone in lean muscle mass (I was 16.5stone, I'm now below 14.5 stone) I would have lost even more, but loosing the final bit of fat, is a real problem as I still drink 30pints a week  that's Friday/Saturday, and 1 day in the week, the other 4 days I train.. beer... bane of my life.. but oh so luvly :D

images of horny (for you, not me) six packs, or images of you looking down to find you've pee'd yourself?

my six pack is hidden away behind a layer of fridge door ;)

seriously tho any tightening of the abdominal muscles will help but as everyone's already mentioned you need to do general exercise to lose the last inches(?) of fat

The answer to a good six pack is a decent woman to work you hard. and not while their peeing on you...:p

christ, didn't think this thread was still going!

yeah i know i need to do more cardio, but i hate it! do about 5 mins on either bike or cross trainer then hit the weights for an hour or 2.

i just get really bored doing cardio/fat burner excersises, plus i don't sweat which is a weird thing, even in the sauna i don't sweat!

i've cut out beer over last 3 months, dropped in weight slightly but not much, but me weight has been changing dramatically recently week wednesday ago i was weighing in @ 13st 8 lbs which is lowest i've been for about a year. then the other day when i weighed my self i was back up to 14st 6lbs which is most i've been for about 6 months. my peak weight was 14st 9 lbs. and i'm aiming for 15st 8 lbs (100kg) but of defined muscle. not ripped mind you but just nicely defined. so inthat case means i'll eb quite a bit bigger!
