I was looking at system 1s on www.aquamist.co.uk (http://www.aquamist.co.uk) and was wondering if anyone has had it fitted to their car, it says on that site you should get this b4 u buy an intercooler. anyone know how useful this is? (e.g. does it make the car faster?)
cheers

The Aquamist system cools the cylinder charge temperature on cars running high boost so as we all know 200sx pistons can't take much more than 290bhp, so if you use the aquamist system you might be able to go past the magic 300bhp limit without changing the pistons.......but don't quote me on that.

Bond, I have pimped this website before, but these chaps really know their stuff and dont mind explaining via email. Cheaper and better looking than aqaumist too.

Last time I spoke to the guy he had just bought a 200sx to "experiment" with. Just use the funny menu on the lest to go to water inj systems, tell you all about em etc..

But to answer your question, a direct answer is no, it wont make the car faster. It will allow you to run high boost which will make you faster. But your turbo has to be able to take it. Otherwise its no more/less effective than a big intercooler.
