Hello peeps.

Anyone interested in some discounted fuel injectors? Nismo sets are now retailing at a whopping great £576 a set.

We can do a deal on Deatschwerks if thats of interest?

The SR injectors are now all brand new, theyre no longer remanufactured like the rest of their products.

All Deatschwerks high flow fuel injectors are built using only quality OEM cores. In addition, each set is balanced to within a 2% flow variation. For our customers, this means better fitment, easier tuning, and increased reliability. We back all of our products with a comprehensive 12-month warranty.

Most aftermarket injectors go straight from the production line to the shipping department. At Deatschwerks, we have added what we consider a crucial step of flow balancing and quality assurance testing on EVERY set of injectors we produce - not just one or two from each lot. Over 40 data points are collected and analyzed on each injector to be sure our customers only receive the best end product. All of our testing is performed in-house on our custom built New Age Technologies injector flow bench.
Below is a brief outline of some of our testing

* 6-point coil test
* Leak testing from 0-100psi
* RPM Ramp 500-10,000 rpm
* Pulse Width Ramp 0.5-17ms
* Spray pattern analysis (open and pulsed)

Detailed High Performance Flow Report

Every set of Deatschwerks injectors is accompanied by a full color injector report This comprehensive report contains information on your specific injectors that is critical to the high performance tuner such as...

* Fuel pressure flow rate conversions
* cc/min and lbs/hr conversions
* BSFC based horsepower maximims
* System balance and flow variance

If we get 5+ orders then I can offer the injectors at the following prices:

SR20DET 550cc £319
SR20DET 810cc £349
SR20DET 1000cc £389

CA18DET 750cc £299
CA18DET 880cc £299

RB25DET 550cc £479
RB25DET 740cc £539

RB26DETT 750cc £459
RB26DETT 880cc £459

We sent a set of the previous 740cc SR20DET units off a while ago to have them flow tested and not only were they bang on in terms of like by like flow rate but they also flowed exactly the same as a Nismo 740 on full flow.

I can also supply for just about any car out there, just ask for a price :)

If youre interested then give us a ring with payment info on 01274 683633. We wont take payment until we hit five people. The sets will be airfreighted to keep lead times to an absolute minimum. If we dont get five people then we wont take payment and the order wont go through.

Do you know how good spray pattern is with 1000cc SR20 injectors?

I'm definately interested, but I'm a bit worried about how well it can be mapped with that big injectors. Can it pass the emissions test? :)

Just a question the 810's you have in the group buy are £349? £10 more than what you advertise them on you website and the 555's are £30 dearer. Is that a mistake man??

Deatchwerks say:

"The product is new for us and has only been in a few cars, so I do not have a lot of info to supply besides that they have worked well in our test cars. We are confident that with a quality tune the injectors will perform well at idle. There are many things that go into getting a good idle out of a large injector besides just the quality of the injector. We can provide a good product but if the car is not well put together and the tune is not appropriate there will not be good results."

Ignore the website, the prices are out of date, we would never be able to supply at those prices now. Not least because theres a minimum buy in now. Ive removed them all from our site.

The products for the S14 on the site are also refurbished items, the ones we are now offering and brand new.

Yes please to the CA18DET 880cc sets when they are at £299!!!

You need to contact us with payment info to be counted. 5 people shouldnt be any issue, I cant be chasing people down to get payment info for weeks after we get the 5 people hence us wanting payment info up front. We can move on much faster that way.

If we dont get five then I just wont be ordering any injectors period. If they dont sell at the special prices then theres no way Im investing in the minimum order to stock and try to sell them at proper retail :no: :)

Small sidenote from me as Deatschwerk 740cc user:

After my upgrade with DW 740's I'm suffering with idle/cruising problems. A/F at idle is way of (17;1 area) wich leads to an overacting O2 sensor and fouling your plugs etc. Result is bogging etc.

Checked EVERYTHING!

Found a topic of a guy with the same problem: of the self chip programmed for nismo/HKS 740's and running DW's.

What happens: Nismo/HKS run 0.66 ms lagtime... DW's run 0.58 ms since using oem core (370cc) injectors (or refurbished ones).

Got HKS 740's yesterday and gonna pop them in this weekend to see if it cures the idle thing.

Conclusion: Great injectors for a great price but I reckon it benefits best on a programmable ecu (nistune whatever) so you can adjust lagtime etc. or on a chip that is programmed for these injectors.

Just my 2 cents. No hate, just informing. If its not ok, then remove this post.

We had a company come to us saying they had them in stock and they could supply at a very good price. We went to take them up on the offer but their prices werent so good (our price from them is the price we are charging you guys on here) and they didnt have them in stock :wack:

Im seeing what price we can do them at based on us buying smaller quantities from DW.

We have only had two confirmed orders for this GB so unless we get 5+, the gb is not going to go ahead. The injectors on this buy are being offer cheap and we are not going to order a batch in without the orders for them.
