As meets have not been going well of late im looking to have a gathering on the 19th.

Meet up at J47 and take a drive down to the Mumbles for a coffee and a chat.

Sounds like a plan. It's my birthday on the 21st but i'm working and the missus is fussing cos I said I don't want to do anything so i've settled for the cinema Sunday evening! lol.

Will try as well, though very doubtful at the mo.

SX is SORNed for the winter and the Astra is awaiting new parts - EGR valve and Lambda sensor - to get it back on the road. Took most of yesterday just to start it. Water in fuel had frozen in the filter and fuel lines, new filter fitted just awaiting the rest of the parts to arrive and get fitted. Getting fed up walking but at least it's helping with fitness.

Well we had another 2 - 3 inches over night, the Astra is still out of action up at my sister's, still no post so still awaiting the final part.

Sorry but I will not be able to make it.

Yeah we had more last night, enough to cover over all the tracks and make the estate a nightmare all over again.

Main roads are fine though and im tempted to just go for a drive anyway.

Will update this thread in the morning though in case we have the rest we were promised tonight !

Ok so that was an epic fail by me lol

Managed to get to the bottom of my drive :thumbs:

Then had to dig the car out in order to get it back on the drive :wack:

It's back in the warm garage now, and that's where it's staying till all the white stuff has gone.

The Astra is now running but still up at my sister's, stranded in the snow - only her Land Rover or my nephew's Disco can get about - so I fully understand how things are, Nick. :wave:
