This is what we did on the Silvia to fit the intercooler, so for those of you after a cheap IC mod, and are not too fussed about the way the engine bay looks, this could be for you.

A company called ARCO by me sell black rubber tubing/hose. From the turbo you will need Samco stuff because of the temps involved, and going to the inlet you will need a reducer, but for the rest of the plumbing this stuff is great. It is reinforced with wire to help prevent expansion/contraction, and is very flexable.

The Silvia ran with it for a while (till the turbo seized http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/rolleyes.gif , and that was running 1.2bar and the hose was up to the job.

So there you go, some useful / useless info???

I am planning to fit a saab FMIC, i want silicone hoses but the only one that will be of any use is the turbo intake one if i buy the 200sx kit. Can you get these seperately? I dont wanna pay £80 and use just one of the 4 pipes. Actually I guess I could use 2 including the throttle body one.

Hmmmz
