i've a feeling i may get shouted at for this but here goes..!!!!

i recently sold my s13 so that i could get a 300zx.

i now have 5k put aside to finance my next car

but i have seen two other cars local to me for sale, in order to even look at a 300 i'm gonna have to travel at least 100 miles, there are none for sale locally.

the first one is a uk spec mitsubishi gto on a J or a K (cant remember) twin turbo jobby though, in red, older pop up headlight model. havent driven it yet, lad wants 6K for it, but has been trying to sell it for ages, might be able to work something out with him.

second one is a j reg honda prelude, 2.3i dohc. white, 1 owner from new, full dealer service history, clean as a whistle, taking it for a test drive, have already bartered the man down from £2695 to £2200 cash, but after my test drive should be able to get it for nearer £2k.

or final option is to keep looking for a nice manual twin turbo within my budget, there are a few out there, just not very near to me.

what do you reckon, and no, i'm not after a s14, though they are nice cars, just want something different.

If you settle for something you don't really want, you'll probably get bored and end up selling it quite quickly. I would anyway!

i know, i really want a 300, but have always fancied a prelude or gto as well.
the prelude is only 160bhp though, but looks a nice car.
hmmmm
decisions, decisions, decisions....
prob test drive it tomorrow as ive arranged, kick its tw@t in then tell him no thanks, too slow!!!!
