Computery problem...

My screen keeps on flickering a yellow tint. Could this be monitor or video card? The monitor is only 12 months old though.

When I press the monitor's onscreen display thingy the white on that appears to be fine, even though the computer display is a flickering piss colour yellow. This makes me think it's not the monitor. Video card...? I mean it is a 6 year old 8MB Matrox Millenium G200! (stop laughing at the back!!)

Try wiggling the monitor cable that plug into the graphics card, maybe a loose connection? :)

most probable cause is the monitor cable/connector.

If it's the monitor cable you'll find it's the top middle wire that'll be loose. It's the blue signal you are losing, pin 3.
