As above really, I have people to my left telling me to buy the redline heayweight shockproof and people to my right saying i should by the light weight version.
Car in question is a 330bhp S15 with a std 6 speed box.
My requirements are reliability, as I know the box is working in its upper safe limit, and as quite as possible.
