anyways what a bunch of liars, turns out i cant get my results from them now, altho i could if i rang my tutor but thats the number my girlfriend has run off with, however the results are issued first week of July which im told starts tomorrow:eek: so they should be through pretty fookin soon, sorry for the anticlimax blame the dissorganised sunderland uni, they have ****ed me around for 4 years what a couple more weeks gonna make a diff;)

Im in the same boat, my results may or may not come out on the 3rd of July! the examiners need to meet and discuss stuff before they are released to us, leading to an uncomfortable wait :(

GF at essex uni got hers last week, did well and got a 2.1 :)

I was also having a good day until I received two job application rejections this morning :cry:

Turns out it didn't matter a bit.
One mate got a first, went on to do a PhD at oxford and I'm still recon I'm better off overall than him now. And more 'showbiz' which is what really counts.

Whatever you get, it'll be ok.

Unless you fail. then no-one will respect you and you've wasted several years and the equivalent of about £50,000.;)

cheers all, gotta say Vipers im not a worrying person really ever, what will be will be but something about exams and results always shits me up a bit, its cos im always told i will fail and my work is always way under par and i hate revision but somehow, miraculously, so far i have come to the conclusion my dad or someone is bribing examiners to give me good results cos i always do far better than im told i will:confused:

I wasnt arsed at all about my results, I presumed I was gonna get a 2:2, whilst all around we working stupid hours to make sure they got there 2:1 I was down the pub, thinking that maybe I should do some assignments...

Anyway 6 weeks to go before the end of uni and 11 assignments to do, and one of them I didnt even no what I had to do so made it up :rolleyes:

All my dillogent pubing came to fruision, as I examined the board and I had a 2:1 :D and all the "work hards panicing poeple" got 2:2's ROLF :D

I'M ABSOLUTELY SPEECHLESS:eek: after everything that has happened this year i wasnt even sure that i was going to even graduate, im so shocked but so happy, it has yet to really sink in, thanks to all wishing help and best of luck to those awaiting thier results:thumbs:

Congratulations mate, that's pretty damn good. I'm in exactly the same boat as you, pretty worried I was going to get a third, however results come through and I've got a 2:2! Not the greatest, and I reckon I deserved a lot more for my project than I actually got, but good enough for me :D Graduating one week today :D

Well done mate, got my results today (see thread).

What are you going to do with your degree? I'm keeping my options open and applying to a lot of london based businesses over the next few months. I like the idea of working with IT and technology, but would also like to give something like accountacy/finance a try.

My thoughts are to try it out and see if i get along with it (thats if i get that far, the job market is saturated in london at the mo making it very hard to break into :cry: )
