Dyno day: Powerstation, Gloucestershire, 9th Oct

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I am organising a rolling road day at Powerstation in Tewksbury, Glocestershire on the 9th October.
Power run is £35.
This is posted on various other Jap car forums, so there should be a nice mix of cars.

If you fancy running drop your name on the list below.

Why not use GotBoost?

His new rollers should be up and running by then

Mmmmm Powerstation. "Oh look at your AFR", whilst holding it flat till the pistons melt. Not good. Many reports of this all round t'internet. I'd definitely re organise for Got Boost, Craig knows whathe's doing. He's one of the only Guy's I'd let run my car. If you want a Dyno over that way try Interpro at Oldbury Bristol, not far away and again Dave is an awesome guy with many years experience, ex Mountune so again knows whats what.

Tommy's magic rollers are in Abercynon, it's not Powerstation Rhys. Powerstatuion are another shoddy oputfit with a dubious history of things that go bang all the time.

I have been told by more than one person not to go to Powerstation with my car!

The main two that come to mind, one works for Cosworth F1 the other used to work for Prodrive but now works for Rouge motorsport.

I value their opinion more than any other person i have heard of or know and between the both of them they played a massive part in building and mapping my engine.

I have been on the rollers with my car at GotBoost though and they had no issues with that

Another forum I'm on does RRs at PowerStation and one of their staff posts there.
I wasn't allowed to run as they have a "no turbocharged automatics" rule because apparently they blew one up trying to actually get decent numbers out of it.

Not a rule that's likely to affect most here, but it makes me wary of either their skill or their cooling solution.

Any decent dynos around here that can take a 4WD car, just out of interest? or should I just pull the 4WD fuse and just do the rear wheels?
