What does everyones engine(with a boost gauge) read as a vaccum at idle?!! tossy question I know. Mines around 10psi.

Depending on the type of gauge it should read roughly -14psi / -0.9 bar (if 0 on the gauge is atmospheric pressure) or 1 psi / 0.1 bar (if 0 on the gauge is vacuum)
