Yep it was me,sexy legs aye.I decided no more fatboy couch potatoing and im running 4 miles 3 times a week.Ive gone and entered the swansea 10k on Sept 26 and hope to finish inside an hour. So far ive lost 2st and hope to lose at least another 2st:nod:

tbh was thinking of doing a bit to need to loose a stone or 2 before i go on hols ....(i heard the rainbow worrior is going to be in dock and dont wanna get pulled in lol )
