me mate last week order dsome PM4500 speakers and paid extra for next day delivery and he phoned up on the next day @ midday to ask where they were and they haddn't been shipped out cuz they r out of stock. and will be shipped when they r in stock, they were supposedly in stock yesterday and were due to arrive today, he phoned up a little while ago and they said that they haven't been shipped beause they're not being manufactured anymore or somehting like that.#

is there anything he can do?

not pay. Presumably he paid by card so instruct the card company not to pay.

He can advised the credit card people and they will refund his money and they will get the money back of them
