Does anyone know off-hand what kind of power adding a Front Mounted Intercooler will give with the standard T25 turbo and a Chip / Airfilter / Exhaust? I saw his old catalogue recently and it suggests 235bhp (pretty much the ND235 kit I think).
Anyone here with the standard turbo (or maybe a t25 hybrid?) and a FMIC got any power figures to hand?

If you ran 16psi on a standard t25 with a ND FMIC then I would think you would get about 260ish BHP but don't quote me on that!

I've got an HKS Hiper Muffler, HKS super power flow filter, T25 Hybrid and HKS Fuel cut defencer and HKS air fuel regulator. I reckon i'm up around 225-230bhp (rough guide from Ian at Hiteq, who are very good!). At a recent track day the car kept up with an Impreza 22B and my mates modified skyline (360 bhp) down the straights (and around the corners!!)so i reckon this si about right. with a fmic you can reckon on addindg about 25bhpto what youve got so far.

I'll let u know in week or so. Du to have mine rollin roaded once I have a decent set of tyres n rims

I'm expecting 240bhp. I'll be happy with that as I also had a run in with a standard skyline last week. He wernt leaving me, i'll say that. Only at around 120+ was he starting to edge away

0-90 there wernt that much in it

Power Engineering in Uxbridge will be doing th RR and I may even get em to have aplay with the timing to see if any more HP's can be extracted outta the good ol CA18DET


next step T28 or T3
