The Old Plum my wife’s 200sx S14
Well after collecting parts on this forum and some new parts from Bren
All being put together for me by CSRacing its ready for some action.
Some thing “easy “for a start Thorny Island (next Island up) 10-11/July
Drag racing that the thing “easy” straight line no corners.
Just picked up some big wheels from
ady_mi16 ,2 on the back standard on the front way to go.
Off to the track very friendly and kind to an old bloke I found.
First up with a Toyota as above best run of the day from there it went all down hill but fun none the less (not as easy as I thought)
The car ran great let down I feel by a young racer, in a old farts body.
By my Calculations the car should run easy 14 something seconds 100mph, so not to bad 15.22 98 MPH.
So back to CSRacing for a new clutch (That one only lasted 108,000 miles (bit of a disappointment) Having the flywheel lightened and a short shifter fitted at the same time.
So probably try the POD next
