Oh no my sills-help

got a puncture in my o/s/r tyre yesterday , went to change the wheel for the spare and the jacking point collapsed, found rust on the sill panel and the jack point had pulled out from its mount. Advice? and anyone know of a good repairer that can help(Kent area)

My sills are also rusty, but only (as far as I can tell) the outer, rounded panel, which doesn't look structural but has big holes in both sides, and bubbles all the way to the seam under the back edge of the door. Both rear arches are also bubbling. I've noticed lots of tatty S13s with perfect sills, and nice-looking ones with rust - is there a drain hole blocked or something?

Problem is , 1) the rust hole and damaged point are part of the rear 1/4 panel
2) the other rust hole is on the sill under the door.
it would be possible to cut the rear 1/4 along the line of the stripe, and swage a new lower into place then do the sill at the same time.
3) it needs to be done cos I cant jack the car there now. arrrgh
