Hi gents,

As I'm trying to keep my engine rebuild as cheap as possible without doing a half arse job, I'm spending all my money on replacing all parts and getting engineering work needed for the block and head (if needed) and crank (is deffo needed). But because of this, I'm not left with much money for the tools, engine crane and stand for the rebuild.

So I've decided to turn to the kind hearts or SXOC'ers to help.....soooo....Anyone kind enough to lend me the tools needed, or rent them out to me for stupidly cheap :)

The build may take a month or two but if you need the tools during any stage of the build I don't mind pausing on my build and bringing them back until you are done with them. I will obviously not need measuring tools for long periods of time...only the stand.....and the crane to get the engine in and out.

Any help will be muchly appreciated!

I'm in Frome, Somerset but will obviously travel or pay for postage if needed.

Cheers
Dylan

Dude, I have most tools for an engine rebuild and I live 5 minutes away. If you need anything during the build just give me a shout

Would prefer to lend you tools when you need them as I am usually under the sx most weekends ;)

Ah brilliant bud! You're a legend!
Do you have an engine crane and stand? Or just the measuring tools, etc?
Can you PM me your number or should I just pm you when I need tools?

I have a crane but cant really lend it out (it's on loan from the Nrs dad :D), when your ready to pull the engine out, I am happy to come over for a few hours with the crane and help tug it out ;)

Dont have measuring tools, got a good selection of hammers though :wack:

PM coming your way although dont be surprised if I dont answer the phone or reply straight away, I'm kinda always busy and forget to reply
