Injector wiring

Ive got some sort of problem with the wiring going to my injectors.

When i put a volt meter on the wires in getting 11v one and 12v on the other, thats on every injector and without the key in the ignition.

has anyone ever come across this before or have any idea whats going on?

The car was driving fine when i parked it up a little over a week ago and now wont start because of this.

measure voltage at the ecu pinout for injector..

if you get approx 1v below battery voltage then it proves you have continuity of the inj and the wiring and a feed present

he sorted the problem it was a loose earth
