How do i get rid of the bastids!!!
ive 'bombed' the house, put powder down all over and hoovered it up, sprayed with the spray gun, got the cat a flea coller and behind the neck drops, and currently putting out a trap of water and candels down to catch about 15-40 a night!!

But still i have 25 bites on EACH ankle and more all over me!!! My other half is fine!

Damn those fleas :mad: :mad:

call the council pest control, they come do the house for about £30.

Cats are dead cute, but they can be flea ridden little sods.

If you spray WD40 all over yourself they should stay away.

use fly spray. the trick is to do it all over all carpets, every day for a week. u can kill fleas but u cant kill the eggs so u have to spray every day to kill the little buggers as they hatch:D

Have you got one of those steam cleaners? They kill the fleas and the eggs. Don't forget to do your bed though as well.

Take some hayfevere tablets in the mean time.

They stop the bites coming up and being itchy/swollen.

yeah i have... its so big and clumsey though i tend not to get it out!

Also dont wear socks, I think when they get stuck inside they bite you to buggery! :(

bah, so much for my missus ideas then! Shes goes 'try putting socks on' cos I was gettign eaten alive! she on the other hand hasnt had one bite!!!! I have over 60 now!!

I'll start rubbing that moisturiser shite in that she uses I think, they obviously dont like the taste!!!

You'll know if ive been affected when i start looking at MX-5's as a replacment for my ***** :D
