Just resecured my FTP server as I found a MAJOR security breech

It took minutes to reconfigure, would it work, NO...

So an hour later I find out that, yes you guessed it: The Linux file system is case sensitive.....

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH!

All sorted now, and its nice and secure :D

Including me, posting links to my website and wondering why they didn't work!
One thing I dont get is that DNS was originally a *NIX thing, and its not case sensetive, but the unix file system is, so the first part of the web address isn't case sensetive, and the last part is!

ROFL

ps -ef | grep noob*

;)

Don't worry I have done MUCH worse.

Working in multi platform environments is the pits the amount of times I go onto a 2k box and type

ls -l

or onto a nix box and type

dir /p

suxors :wack:
