Hi All

Due to the big ends going I may be selling my car and buying something else. Also the fact that I will be entering into a Mortgage soon and the car is a bit of a risk for it.

Here is the list of cars I have come up with:-

BMW 525i or 530i K-reg
BMW 320i E30
Subaru Legacy 2.0i
Vauxhall Vectra 2.0 or 2.5 V6
Vauxhall Omega 2.5TD, 2.0 or 2.5 V6
Vauxhall Carlton GSI3000 24v
Vauxhall Cavalier SRi 2.0 16v
Ford Scorpio 2.9 24v Cosworth
Audi 80 2.0
Saab 9000 2.0 Turbo or 2.3 Turbo

Can any one help me decide or add any others to the list.

Don't worry if I do sell then I will be back with something much more awesome. I am looking at 0-60 sub 4.0 secs. :D :D :D

Dan, :( :(

Don't like BMWs so for me they would be out of the question. Don't like the big Scorpio either, and I hate Vectras.

For me it would prolly be a sofa-like Omega 3.0 Elite - RWD, 210bhp, reletively cheap the buy, and more toys you could throw a smelly stick at. :D Or there is the Omega MV6 - a bit faster, with harder suspension, bigger wheels and different interior.

I reckon a WRC GT-Four would suit you, like this one here (http://www.sxoc.com/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=44097) :)

If you go for a vauxhall, make sure its a 2wd 2ltr 16v CSI.

For what they are they go like stink.

Had one for 2 years and only had to put a water pump on it.
plus pads and tyres of course.

Cheap as now and full electrics, windows times 4 etc.

Will keep up with most things and handle rather well.

Primera GT? Apparently they're quite good.
