Since they've gone on and brakes are suddenly applied going forwards or reversing Im getting this bang/click from them.
If they dont do it forwards, to prevoke, reversing and braking, then going forwards and brake, its bang/click.
Ive exhausted my mechanic, and despite his also 15 years engineering experience hes
Hes locked off and repeatedly checked everything, the front tension rods are new as are the lower arm bushes, a pry bar has been used to check other suspension components.
Weve tried new Nissan hub to caliper bolts too.
And pads changed from yellow stuff to the reds.
I wondered if anyone fancied diagnosing/ taking a look ?
Cheers, Gaz.

have you checked the pads fit correclty, sometimes they move in the caliper creating noise, just a general sugestion mind, no experience with this kit

Its a good point, as Dan has changed to the EBC Yellow stuff from Wilwoods own pads in the kit for the Wilwood Superlite calipers.
Im sure others have this combo with no issues, and one of the things my mechanic would of checked.

My kit knocks slightly on first application I put it down to the pads settling bak in place

Normal driving/gentle braking and you dont hear it for miles, doing 15-20 mph and a jab of brake does.

Mine only does it when I first pull away after starting the car other than that I done hear them, it does sound like your pads are perhaps moving about?!

Take the pads out and copper easy the backs and shims again.
While out lube and clean each piston in the calliper and make sure they a free and move easily.

Its on its 2nd set of new pads a few days ago, down to pad choice.
The kit was brand new and calipers & discs have now covered less than 500 miles.
The backs of EBCs have a kind of pad sticker + copper grease has been used.
Its been doing it from brand new and with the new pads in ( Friday ) :(
