Looks like an opening sequence from one of the games :nod: , looking at internet rumours the film will be called Mortal kombat : Rebirth and will be R-rated :) hopefully it will finally make the MK film franchise half decent.

Scorpion was always my favourite :D

Turns out WB bought the rights and made a short film. That's all It is so far, hopefully it will gain enough interest for them to make it into a full flick!

Saw this on AICN this morning, super cool :D

From the info on there it was made by a director as a pitch to sell the film idea, most of the actors did it as a favour too.

this looks like its got promise :) i swear thats michael jai white as the copper jackson, and that man can fight, probably one of the more impressive martial artists around now - look up 'blood and bone' on youtube.

i'd go to see this, looks like one of the strongest videogame adaptions i've ever seen - normally they are pretty weak and full of holes.......

Edit: Actually want to add, apparently it is Jeri Ryan's fault that Barack Obama is now President of the US.

If it wasn't for the fact she refused to give her ex husband a BJ in a whips and bondage club, Jack Ryan would have probably won the Senate seat for Illinois instead of Obama :wack: Can't see why Jack Ryan's demands were so distasteful to the Americans, I'd have asked for the same :D
