Combe - This weekend
Retro and Classic Sports cars day
As already mentioned, this time the Japanese cars will feature quite
heavily. There are modern classics and retro Japcar track sessions in
the afternoon.
Getting on track in an SX should be quite easy and I suspect you can
easily pick up a ticket for many of the afternoon slots from Combe on
the day. (Normally £35 for a 15 minute track session)
Rolling Road
I have phoned Circuit motors to see if they are prepared to do a 'drop
in session' for anyone wanting to go on the rolling road. - They are
happy to do this but because it's not booked with guarenteed numbers
they will have to charge the normal price, which I think is £40, +£5 for
additional a/f ratios and boost graphs.
However the drop in session will only be running from 0930h until
1300h.
They cannot run the rollers after 1PM.
West Country Meeting:
- Meeting is at the usual time, usual place: Longwell Green Vue 1400h
Saturday 12th.

I have to work this weekend and don't stand much chance of making it to
the rolling road, nor the Longwell meet. As soon as I finish I'm going
to head up to Combe to try and get some track time and check out all the
shiny cars on display!
