How about one of those rather unusual resonator guitars that have an aluminium body? Sound nice too.

It always used to be Ovation were the best quality acoustics. All the big bands used them at one time or another. I am going back a few years mind. If you can pick up a reasonably priced s/h one I don't think you will be disappointed. They play really nice and have a nice rich tone.

Martin. Definitely. If you want something cheap and different a 'parlour guitar' can be fun.
