Excellent news. There is so much of this sort of venue closing down for various reasons it is great to see it being saved.

I wonder if the track is changing. Eveyone I have asked gives a different answer to how much work had been done to the porposed GP layout. It ranges from no track dug up, just the infield to alot of the track gone.

I went to the "Save Donington" event earlier this year, and it was a bit of a mess to be honest.

As long as the Craners haven't been ripped up, else I am starting a Save the Craner Curves campaign :D
