Mate, The Power is statistic city. :D

Hes been number 1 in the world since 2008, has won 15 World Titles, was unbeaten for 8 consecutive years in any tournament, was unbeaten for 44 matches in the Premiership (and has won 5 of the 6 titles), and has 13 of the 15 highest 3 dart averages on TV. I remember watching him do a 115 in the Irish Open .......... when he had to double in :eek:

Archery is a sport. So is shooting ......... and shooting involves even less movement than Darts :nod:

Snooker, bowls and pool are all considered to be sports as well and they arent exactly taxing either. :sleep:

Though I agree, there i an element to fitness to all of those, where darts it tends to actually help if your so fat that you don't budge when you whang an arrer. :D
Remember when taylor went on a health drive a few years back, someone else beat him!

Bowls, you walk about a bit, get outdoors
Archery the same.
Shooting, look at carter, proper sportsman!

Snooker, mmm, there are some fat players but they tend to be the ones taking bungs to throw games.

One of the great things about darts is that everyone has thrown one, and can relate to just how good these guys are. I had a similar thing with golf actually - until I started playing I couldnt stand watching it, but now I cant get enough. :nod:

Id advise anyone who reckons darts is boring to watch to sit down and take in at least 1/2 hour of a decent game - if you arent hooked after thaqt then you never will be. I lost my voice and fell off the table twice at last years world champs - no other sport creates and atmosphere like it. :nod:

You can't beat the arrers for a good night out. As you say the atmosphere is immense.
