Hi ,
Have just rescued a nice , metallic red , 6-piece, Premier drum kit (my cousin was about to skip 'em ! )
It consists of 3 x small toms , 2 x big toms , 1 x bass + 2 x crappy looking cymbals , stool, spare heads etc . The smallest tom
is an entry level " Royale " , but the rest of the kit are better quality " Projectors " ,(earlier ones - 85/86 , with seperate
lugs) . There is no snare .
All the toms seem to be in V.good nick after some polishing , the bass has black hoops at each end which are scuffed making
it look quite tatty but shouldn't be too hard to refinish.
As you can see i've been doing my homework ( i'm a guitarist [of sorts] ,not a drummer ! )
Unfortunately there is no way i can keep 'em (i'm gutted ! ) as there' s not really any room to set 'em up , plus having half a Marshall stack at the side of the bed and guitar cases on the floor has proberbly used up all my musical brownie points !
So the plan is :- ask my drummer mate at work if he's interested , if not then the for sale section or e-bay.
The problem is :- don't know how much to ask for them ? I'm not after top dollar , especially if it's mates rates, but it would
be nice to make a bit.
So , any ideas ? There are no projector kits on e-bay at the moment , are there any other sites where i can look for other similar kits that are for sale ?
