As above really. I'm going with white rabbit racing as i have for the past 2 years. I was just wondering if anyone took along spares for common faults, coil packs, bottom end bearings ;) etc.

It will be my first year driving the S13 so would be nice to know for peace of mind in an emergency. I will also be bringing a selection of tools, as will the group I'm going with if anybody needs to borrow any.

Thanks Deacon, I'm going to be bringing spare coilpacks/ sparkplugs but dont have many other spares (engine related). It's reasuring for people to know that there will be parts around.

I never take spares, just get euro recovery in case the worst should happen. Although most 'spares people' have got 13s :wack:

They do, I had to pay an excess for Euro recovery cover on the S14 though

did you arrange cover on the car before you left ken?

Ken

 it covers the 330 and the S14, excess is because the 14 is over 10 years old

No dumbass, I meant in Europe! Like has been said - (without additional excesses) they dont cover you over ten years old.

I think I might get Darryls van covered - or at least check to see if its covered! :wack:

I went 2 years ago in my MR2, which was the same age as the S13 and had to pay extra on my AA cover for Europe. It was really reassuring to know i had the cover with an English speaking emergency line just in case. I'm going to be doing the same again this year, think it was only around £30. It's still nice to know, that for some common faults/ simple fixes we wont have to bother and the SXOC will be at hand.
