Its about time they went bankrupt again and hopefully never to be seen again, they keep pumping money into there pedigree-less motor sport antics to sell some 14 year old car with a spolier on it and yellow paint work, but they cant even supply spares, and infact, they dont actually own there spare operation, let alone supply it!!!!!

Grrrr you just hit a sensitive subject, try getting hold of a tin of paint for a rover in diamond white! Could I!!?! nope, closest garage is chelmsford and they say "go to blah blah blah...., we dont stock paint, only do servicing and sell cars".

Complete and utter shite, christ never had this problem @ vauxhall of all people (in fact the garage at laindon has been good to us, ...recommended!)

Rover deserve to die off, they are just for the old flat cap / white bearded types who revel in fake walnut dash inserts and dodgy tartan seat covers (and studenty types like me who need basic A -> B transport while the cash flow is tight, bah need a decent job to get me out of this car!!!)

I've always quite likes some of the rovers :rolleyes: ... sorry, and let's face it.. they are BRITISH again now!... if you want the paint, go to somewhere like DonParts in Doncaster (don't know if they have a supplier close to you), the can always match me the exact colour (which is nice).. I got diamond white for a rover from there.

Thanks, had to get it locally in the end from a motor shop. Colour isnt a bad match but shame I couldnt have got the pucka stuff :(

It quite like the Rover 75. It's classier and drives better than the XType and costs thousands less.

The MG version however is an absolute abortion of a car, which has been adorned with the worst the Ripspeed and Paddy Hopkirk have to offer. TBH I'm amazed that MGs don't come with underfloor neons as standard.

They all seem to be driven by spotty nosed twats as well with a vastly overinflated opinion of their cars and their own driving abilities.

MG Rover need to start churning out new product not crappy makovers of long past there sellby date Hondas.
