Who'd be interested in a combination lock in adition to their current or no alarm system?
Im thinking a 9 digit pad, with a 4 number lock of your choice.
If its guessed wrong you cant start the car, simple.
Punch in your 4 digit code and off you go....
just an idea, but if theres interest I dont mind looking into making some...
that does sound interesting.... how much do you think you could make them for?
and what would happen if you forgot the number?
Like the ones from Peugeot 406's and the like, that the driver ALWAYS gets pissed off with and has the code set to 0000 as they have a built in emobiliser too

You can never have enough security
And should you forget the number I have that covered too (details in the box!)
Saxos had them, but muppets kept forgetting the number or jamming it...

That's because Saxo owners don't have brains and they have the attention span of a sparrow.
Why do you think they have a Saxo.:D :D
Hang on Pete the 106 and the Saxo are the same car, and which do you own?

Subaru's have them too, although not an addition to the system, just a manual alarm overide if you ever loose your keys
There's so much aftermarket stuff around that we're all spoilt for choice. Have you actually designed something or is this another one of your fantasy ideas?

.... what about if the alarm system had a finger print recognition system, now that would be
puts finger on pad, engine springs into life :)
... or voice recognition as an additional measure, ie you could program it for several drivers if you had the master access code/key whatever and then you would need to 'introduce' yourself to the system for it to remove the lockdowns.
All very impractical and a bugger if they went wrong heh ;)
