Speed q?

I've done a search but just wanted to confirm a couple things,

1. If I buy a converter from eBay to mph, is it just a plug and play with my current odo?
2. I was going to buy a set of clocks complete from a uk 13, can I just swap the full set for mine and it will read in mph?

id imagine it needs a resistor somewhere?? i may be wrong tho

1) Yes, you don't need any extra parts, just wire it into the wires that currently feed into the back of the instrument cluster. Speedo and Odo will start reading miles rather than kms.
