Bristol Meet point for convoy to Japfest.


I was thinking Cribbs Causeway again? (Feel free to object, contribute etc).

Cribbs is handy as it's just off the M5 and 1 junction away from the M4. If we time it right we can meet up with the SouthWest Convoy.


Other possibilities is we meet at Cribbs, then on to Longwell 92nd meet point), then on to Combe Via the A46?

Well those that are in the first track slot prob need to get there (parked up) by 730ish I'd say, I won't want to leave it much later.

take into account the ques to get in, it's gonna have to be an early one :(

those that have been can give us a better idea :thumbs: I aimed to get the last year (to marshall) for 730 but was queing till 8. At a guess we'd want to leave Cribbs about 630???

Thats the biggest pain meeting the driver's briefing and then getting sound checked intime for the first session i remember last year being abit of a rush

It's only a 20-30min drive to combe from cribbs but it all depends on how much traffic there is at that time queing to get in as to what time we get in :D

For the 0900h track session, you'll need the drivers briefing at 0810h, and you might as well get sound checked. If you have any time after that before the first session I highly recommend the cooked breakfast in the paddock cafe!:thumbs:

yeah but this is the one arranging to meet at KFC, when you start throwing B&Q in there it could get a bit confusing, especially since there's a B&Q 30seconds down the road from KFC so we don't want people hanging around there when we're already on the move ;)
