2+ Months Still Nothing, Where is my order?

Hi I Place an order more than 2 months ago, and sent many many email to you and still havent get anything, reading thru this forum i find out that you said they will be out, the question is when, when i will get them??? iwas refer to your company by members of zilvia.net now i feel like i should post a sticky telling all the users on zilvia.net about what happend to me, and to not order from your company that is a scam, i post a reply here couple days ago and still havent get a response, i have a company here in las vegas and dominican republic, i was going to buy a lot, thanks god i always buy a lil bit first to see how the seller handles the transation, spent 20 euros on your products, still nothing i havent even heard from you, not even an excuse me or im sorry here is your money back, hopefully i hear something before i post on zilvia.net

but to be fair he didn't see your first post as you only posted that 2 days ago and he's not been online since 11th March :)

He also posted a message up 6 weeks ago explaining there was a huge delay, you wouldn't have seen that before ordering so it's not your fault, but he has explained that things are awkward.

you should be offered a full refund in my opinion, but there appears to be a genuine reason for his responses slowing down and once he's back on his feet this sort of post could really be quite damaging if taken out of context :)

The Point here is, there is no excuse for this at all, because even if your parents died, hopefully it wont happend to non of us, you still have friends to answer your emails back, or a friend to build an email response to go automatic, and on the website it only take 5 minutes to temporaly close it, with a message saying we will be up very soon sorry for this matter something like that, i had a company last year about computer services that people pay me monthly and monthly i go an check their computers, i had an acident and the first thing i did while i was in emergency room was give my blackberry to one of my friends that was there to send an email to all my business contacts that i will be contacting them soon, and i start moving everybody that i could to get things done and refunds etc etc etc, i broke both of my hands motorcycle accident, if he really care about his business is better to do something now!!!!!

I've ordered off him a few times before, he'll get it sorted. I don't believe his intention is not to either give you your money back or get your order to you.

from what i remember from the original reason for the delay he couldnt access his emails or any internet at all...

i also have stuff with him, spent bout 30quid i think, but had admittadly totally forgotten about the order til now reading this..

it would be nice to get a cheeky update and see what the happy haps is so we can find out bout the stickers :)

just IMO wud be cool to know a rough timescale or options

We have now changed premises and I am currently awaiting passwords that was lost with my computer to access my website in order to retrieve the outstanding orders.

If anyone does has an order confirmation please forward it to sales@aceimageuk.com and change the subject to "backlog sxoc" I can then begin shorting them out while I wait.

sorry grahamb deals with new trader apps but hes still looking into it - hopefully wil get sorted as it wasnt a member he ripped off, nicks now a trader on here :thumbs:

Hi Guys I couldn't appologise enough for the lack of update on here. For some reason I havent recieved notifications of posts on here so thought everything was under control. Had a lot of stuff on and put my head down to work rather than on the forums, it was only that evilchap mentioned on msn to me to check this thread.

I'll keep an eye on here though and check back. If anyone with an outstanding order can pm me directly on here with their order number I'll get them made straight up and keep everyone updated on here. As far as I know everyone who emailed me directly should have recieved there goods.
