Really need to get my exhaust sorted soon, so going to give my full detail a miss and put the money towards a new setup.
Ideally looking for everything so manifold/downpipe (with decat) etc.

I seen THIS (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Nissan-S13-CA18DET-Short-Runner-Tubular-Manifold-200sx_W0QQitemZ300386586329QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_C arsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item45f06f8ed9) THIS (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-Nissan-S13-200sx-Downpipe-and-Cat-Bypass_W0QQitemZ110428022443QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_ CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item19b605e6ab ) and THIS (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-Nissan-S13-200sx-180sx-Cat-Back-Exhaust_W0QQitemZ350244509864QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK _CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item518c3318a 8) from the 800bhp folks, but would I need additional parts like the gaskets etc? How hard would it be to set everything up too? I've access to a ramp in the garage just never done this before.

I know pro-speed offered ~£350 for a downpipe back but would still need a manifold then! If I took the parts down to them, or some other exhaust company, would they be able to do it for me for a minimal price?

Cheers

Just got home from a drive around and eventually the sound got worse, think the manifold has cracked now so just ordered the one off the 800bhp folks and will fit that on the weekend, should solve a bit of stuff! Just need to get the rest sorted now, not sure if it'll all be done for Singleton mind :(

You sure it's not just the turbo gasket that has gone ?

Not 100% sure myself to be honest as it was pretty dark when I was looking, but it was blowing quite a bit and leaking when I got the car(!). Just got one to be on the safe yet expensive side :(
Will be in touch with Woody for the rest of the setup soon!

This was indeed one of the main problems (there was only half a gasket there :indiff:) but manifold had a ~1 inch crack going down it too.

Today has been such a nightmare for me...

Ordered a manifold off 800bhp Friday hoping to fit it Monday night/Tuesday morning, but it didn't come until late Tuesday afternoon so set about doing it first thing this morning. I booked an appointment with Woody to have a full setup down at Longlife but things just got worse as the day went on.

Took us ages to get the manifold/turbo out, noticed the fxed tubby gasket and thought "Damn! I don't have any" so we rang around local auto dealers and even Nissan but nobody had any. Around mid-day I was looking through a bunch of spare gaskets I had over the house and finally found one, so decided to put everything back on.
due to the slight angle the 800bhp manifold has to put the turbo on everything had to be slightly bent so we could put the parts on properly, and even now I've got one or two silicone hose touching hot metal :-(

Once again, sorry for screwing things up Woody, but car is sorted now for an appointment Tuesday (I think they said it was for Tuesday!)

Im glad you got your manifold fitted eventually!

Is that a t28 from an s14? I think a tweak (turn) of the compressor housing should see everything cleared nicley :)

Ooh and see you tuesday
