Hello there,
Had a slight mishap with the lambda sensor plug melting on my manfold so i cut the plug off.
On your lambda its got 2 black wires and one blue.

My lambda loom is a blue wire, black wire with a yelow one inside, and a brown wirf.
Wich goes to what?
Thanks

I'm not sure to be honest - best to have a look at the service manual. The back wires are for the heater, white is the signal.

My memory fails me - I thought there were just 2 black and 1 white. I'll check tomorrow

If you'd like to come over, thats cool but I'm afraid we're not open weekends.

How much roughly to get my car on a rolling road and set the boost up,check 4 det and have a basic look at it?

Best to set the boost up on the road to be honest - we can do this, check for det and check the fuelling for £49.99

I Have ditched my heater matrix because it was leaking, could this be causing det? or my greddy race plugs?

Ditching the heater matrix is making it run hotter i mean causing det.

Ditching the heater matrix shouldn't make it run hot. Sounds like you've got a cooling problem if its getting too hot.

If it is getting too hot then it can make detonation more likely.

Shot in the dark but would taking the thermostat out alowing the water to circulate quicker cool it much more?

It might, but the point is you shouldn't have to do that. I'd imagine you could have a clogged radiator or poor air flow through it.
