Partition magic?!!?

Im trying to partiton my hard disk, as my os is totally corrupt, it wont load network properties, and some services are permantly disabled (try to enable them and it crashes)... anyway to cut a long story short I was gonna load PM and make a d: drive, move my work over and format c:, then reload c: with a fresh copy of windows


Anway, the installation doesnt even work so i need the partition magic boot discs (which are ace as they work better than the real prog most of the tme!), does anyone have them? If so could you zip em up and mail em to me???

If not, could someone make me them? I tried loading the boot disk setup program but that failed too :mad: :mad:

Id just like to get it owrking today, im downloading some older versions from kazaa to see if they load, if not i may try an over the top install to see if that gets the setup prgram working!!

Do an "over the top install" but to a different DIR that way it wont pick up the old reg settings, which will be snookered!

woohoo, good old radmin, ive got some sort of connection through to the other machine, so i can transfer the data somewhere safe while i set fire to this one! :D

Have you virus checked?? Not being able to load exe's would hint at some sorta virus or something... Especially if you use kazaa lots... Could just be pushing the problem elsewhere

yeah, ran two different updated virus progs. I DID have a virus... but that was cos i downloaded a virus meant to be an antivirus program!
however, that cleared up and its left everything a bit crappy.

it also doesnt help that i disabled some serives and now nothings working right (and i cant re-enable them)
