The judge is trying to chuck it out. If 7 days pass from the date of the order (which I can't see on the doc ) the case is chucked out.

This relates to the case that the car dealer took out against me to try to get the car back. Based on the fact that the judge said that I didn't have to give him the car back, I refused to give it to him after I got the money off him. So basically I think the case has been struck out i.e the car is definately mine and the only way he can appeal is if the evidence is dodgy (It isn't and I can prove it)
Best get to work on the car then since I got £2800 to spend on it!
