Get an Xbox instead, should get it for £119 or something over there, and once you mod it, it's lot more flexible than PS2. It's got everything else but GTA Vice City. ;)

Doesn't have gran turismo 3 or the Getaway which are prolly the only 2 games I'd get with one. I'm looking for a cheap ps2 too but due to being skint it's gonna have to wait a couple of months.

Tomb Raider's out at the end of next week so I've got to get a PS2! (I'm a bit of a TR fan :notworthy ).

I was really pissed off that I had found one for £129.99 and the day I go to order it they've put the price up £30! :(

That's a good site, that's where I picked all my tutorials from. Now my xbox is running an EvoX -mod chip with in-game-reset, as well as the latest EvolutionX -dashboard. It's connected to my LAN, so I can ftp the stuff back and forth my xbox's 40Gb harddisk, and now I even got it working so that I run a RelaX-server on my computer, and share my digicam pictures, MP3's and naturally all movies and video clips to my xbox. So I don't need to move them to my xbox hdd, I just stream them from my computer and run them in my living room with widescreen television and High End DD 5.1 -system. :D

40Gb.... Lightweight... I have a 120gb in mine... So far i have 30 Games, 15 Movies, 15 "Other ;) " Movies and loads of car vidz and i still have over 30gb free... Plays DVD, Mp3, Divx... Never did bother to play about with the streaming i just ftp them over and away ya go... I have not updated my MPlayer though, aparently the latest version lets you play VCD's and SVCD's... :)

But as far as i know there are not really any deals on PS2's at the moment... And is it better that the XBOX... Weelllll Dunno... I have XBOX, GC, PS2 and a majorliy powerfull pc... I love them all... i can play ANY game on ANY Format...

Well, since my computer has 200Gb of disk, I didn't see it necessary to have more than 40Gb on the Xbox. As I mentioned, I can stream all the MP3's and stuff which I keep on my computer anyways - no use storing them in two places, you know...
