Indoor helicopter people

I am in need of an indoor chopper for my brothers birthday and after doing some searching i am still non the wiser:annoyed:
Basically i need something between £15-£30, fairly sturdy, easy to use and just good fun.
Any recommendation would be a great help.

The Syma S026 3ch Chinook is my favourite out of the lot of them, but the 4ch Freebird is also a good bet for your budget :thumbs:

Edit: The Freebird goes a lot better than in the video if the nose is weighted down with a small piece of blue tac inside the front of the canopy ;)

Both are less than £30 from Ebay and are fantastic for indoor flight :nod:

The flight from the Freebird is a lot more realistic compared to a real helicopte, once you get the hang of it, but the Chinook is the one I prefer to fly :)

I did have some trouble, admittedly - the first one I bought never arrived, so I complained and another was sent out, but when it arrived the packaging was damaged and it didn't work :rolleyes:. I was refunded and bought the same helicopter from another supplier, which arrived within days from China and works superbly :)

I'd still recommend the 3ch Chinnok over it though - it seems better built, is easier to fly out of the box, and looks better overall.

I got one of the 3ch apache IR ones off ebay for £13 or so. Wasnt bad atall really and could wip round the room quite smoothly. They did damage the inner shaft quite easy though which caused it to toilet bowl. The flashy lights work well on my CX2 though :D
