Does anyone have access to a lathe or know of a good, reasonably priced machine shop? I have a couple of bits that I need to have made. If I had a lathe I would do them myself but the lathe went about 23 years ago. They ideally need to be in aluminium. Full drawings will be provided.

Slightly confused by the drawing. What is it for exactly?

It's an end fitting for push rod.

I think this is what your after?

With the guys I deal with mate this part will be expensive for what it is simply because it's a one-off item. Someone who's got a lathe will be able to knock it up for you in minutes for very little money!

Thats a bit better. My dad said £40 for the two of them :)

Thanks Phil, much better drawing. If I still had my lathe I would quickly machine a couple, it would be quite simple.

Ricky I am waiting on one other quote and will the get back to you. Thanks.
