Did anyone record their lap times at KH last week?

I have 50mins of footage and got lap times from there, so far I have:

Brian - 1 min 16s
Gee - 1 min 9s
Kev - ?
Mike - ?
Kenny - ?

It looks like I will be able to time Kev and Kenny's laps but I dont think I got enough footage of Mike:( ( sorry)

Any one else get times?

PS. The KH instructor said on the Discoverey channel that the fastest he had ever been round KH was 57s.

Cheers for the info Gee :) Was wondering what sorta times I'd been knocking in, meant to take a stopwatch or somethin to time some laps.

Gives something to compare when I go back in the same or another car / changes made etc etc.

Sorry Kev/Dunc, didn't get enough footage for an actual time for you chaps. Kev I did guestimate your lap as around 1 min 14s, but that could be a second or so out either way.

Gee, do you know what motor he did the 57s in?

I've seen a car do a 40 second lap (or similar) round KH, can anyone guess what it was..........

Hint: it wasn't an orion with a "motorsport" sun strip :rolleyes:

Dunc, I dont know but I think it must have been a Touring car cause the fastest lap by a BTC is 55s by Jason Plato.

But I checked the Knockhill website and the lap record is 47s and is held by a Delarra Formula 3 race car.

Dunc ex-footwork hart formula 1?

It used to do demo laps at crail and its first outing it broke the lap record while warming up the engine:eek:

Thats the boy! Don't think it would count as an offical lap time though, fairly sure it was doing low 40's easily!

It just made aload of high pitched noises and whizzed past like a blurr when I saw it there, and that was that. Fast as feck, nuff said :D

we were going round bends at 80mph, videoing and answering the phone... is that legal?
