The standard manifold is a t2 flange. It would need a manifold with a t3 flange
As above, cossie t3 is roughly t28 size so not worth the effort of fitting. Unless you can your hands on a t34 cossie turbo...
You'll need -
Some way of sorting the fueling for the T3 turbo, be it chip or SAFC etc
A T3 manifold or a T2 to T3 adaptor plate (which may move the turbo so far down that it'll hit the engine mounts). Many T3 manifolds are topmount, and my manifold/turbo combo means that I'm going to have to move (or just remove) my ABS unit.
The elbow on the T3 will be different to the T28, so you're going to need an elbow that will fit it, then fabricate something to mate that up with your downpipe. Easy enough to do if you can weld, but not overly expensive if you can't.....
Lastly, you'll need samco pipe to connect the input and outputs for the compressor. Depending on the size, you may have to ditch the elephants trunk to the AFM and fabricate something else (people ofter just use 2 pieces of Samco hose with a stainless/ally joiner).
So, as said above, if it's the right T3, it's possibly worth it, but ultimately, just get a GT2871  .

No that's a gt28h. That is quite a similar turbo to the t3. It will fit but not as easy as a normal t28

so best and easy thing to do is go for a T28 then
I think most (if not all) of the T2 flanged turbo's are a direct fit TBH. The T28 being the cheapest upgrade as they're easily found on here from the SR guys who are upgrading. Work out what sort of power are you looking for, then match the turbo to the power  (there's no point running a 700bhp turbo on a standard engine for instance lol).
