January Longwell Meet

Right chaps :wave: it's that time of the month again, but with a fresh year we can have a fresh start. I know I'm not the best example but I'm thinking this week we should all make the effort to get along to Longwell on saturday :nod: unless it's snowing of course :whip:

it also seems some people have a negative view of the camaraderie of the West country section so I think in 2010 we can make a bit more effort :D regaless of how lazy I am, how much I want to watch tv and how I don't really want to talk to anybody :sleep:

Agreed that we need to plan some events soon. It's been a little quiet lately, though that is partly due to the fact I have been working most weekends, and West Country meeting attendance dropped off a bit towards the end of '09.


It's nearly been a year since we all went karting. I'll see if I can get a West Country event underway to kick off 2010. End of Jan, beginning of feb maybe.

It wasn't so long ago the West Country was having an event a month. If we have enough interest in the karting event, hopefully we can keep 2010 an active year for the West Country members again.

the crane on the other habd isn't as portable. will fit failry easily into an astra sized hatchback (older style), also got it in to a beemer saloon but only if you don't care bout your interior :D the crane's at my garage in filton, if you come along to the meet you can follow me back to it and pick it up....we will have people at sat's meet even if we do have to result to bribery :whip:

This one is jet black with a kit on it.I've only ever seen the back of the car as he parks it tight between his house & a fence.It sits behind a wooden 6ft high gate that I saw open a few months back.
